What is Digital Smile Design?
Digital Smile Design is an advanced planning tool that allows you to see the picture of your new smile, providing you with a snapshot of how you will look like after treatment.
We begin by taking a 3D scan of your teeth and a collection of images. Our experienced cosmetic dentists will virtually design your new smile to compliment your facial features, taking into consideration your face shape, facial dimensions and lip shape to ensure your teeth look balanced, harmonious and attractive.
You can then send this image to your family and friends to gain feedback before you commit to your new and improved smile.

Step 1 - 3D Scan and Images
We begin by taking a 3D scan and multiple images of your smile. The dentist will discuss what your concerns are and what you want corrected to ensure we are providing a smile that you love.
Step 2 - Design
Our experienced cosmetic dentists will virtually design your new smile to compliment your facial features, taking into consideration your face shape, facial dimensions and lip shape.
Step 3 - See the Results
See the before and after of your proposed treatment. You can send this image to your family and friends to gain feedback before you commit to your new and improved smile.
Step 4 - Book the Treatment
We will provide you with a quote for your predicted treatment plan and break it down into appointments. A variety of payment plans are available.

Sarah was born without her lateral incisors and a previous dentist had attempted to widen her teeth with composite to close the gaps. This caused her teeth to look far too wide and prone to staining. She hadn’t considered any other options as she is very scared of the dentist!
On her first visit with Dr Luma, Sarah told us that she had considered having all her teeth extracted and replaced with a denture, anything to make her smile look better. Using the latest 3D technology, we were able to create a digital design showing her what we could achieve with porcelain crowns and bridges.
