A MESSAGE TO OUR VALUED PATIENTS REGARDING CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19).

The health and safety of our patients and our staff is of the utmost importance to us.
In light of the international concern around Coronavirus (COVID-19), we would like to take the time
to assure you we will continue to maintain our high standards of infection control, with some

additional precautionary actions.

Hand sanitizer must be used immediately upon entering our clinic reception area.
Items such as magazines, water dispenser / cups and samples that can be touched by multiple people

have been removed.

We have temporarily closed the kids play room for your children’s safety. We will also be paying
close attention to disinfecting the high touch areas in reception, door handles, eftpos machine etc.
In addition to our usual strict infection control procedures in our clinic treatment rooms, patients are
required to use an antiseptic throat gargle whilst in the dental chair prior to dental examination and

treatment as per Australian Dental Association (ADA) recommendations.
Whilst we do not want to create alarm, we do want to look after the
well-being of our patients and staff. This is our top priority.

We have always maintained a rigorous high standard of Infection Control in line with Australian

dental guidelines and legislation to ensure our patients health and safety.
With that in mind, if you have been unwell, if you are at risk or if you have a confirmed case of

COVID-19, please advise our receptionist immediately on 07 3049 8999.
